By accessing or using ScriptMates, you agree to these terms and represent that you are authorized to act for the account or organization you use. If your organization has a separate written agreement with ScriptMates, that agreement controls where it conflicts with these terms.
Platform role
ScriptMates is a technology and fulfillment-coordination platform. ScriptMates is not a pharmacy, does not dispense medication, does not provide medical care, and does not replace independent clinical or pharmacy judgment.
Accounts and authorized use
You must provide accurate information, protect account credentials, use only access assigned to you, and notify ScriptMates promptly of suspected unauthorized access. You may use the platform only for lawful, authorized business purposes and in accordance with your organization’s policies.
Connected Google services
Google Calendar and Gmail sending are optional user-authorized features. You may connect only a Google account you are authorized to use. When connected, ScriptMates may display and synchronize calendar events, create or update events and Meet links, and send communications that you initiate through the platform. You can disconnect the account in ScriptMates or revoke access through your Google Account settings.
Prohibited activity
You may not misuse the platform, bypass access controls, introduce malicious code, interfere with service operation, scrape or export data without authority, use another person’s account, or use ScriptMates or a connected service in violation of law, privacy obligations, or third-party terms.
Privacy and regulated data
Our Privacy Policy explains how ScriptMates handles personal and connected Google account data. Each organization remains responsible for determining whether a workflow is appropriate for protected health information and for configuring its users, Google accounts, agreements, and permissions accordingly.
Availability and third-party services
We work to keep ScriptMates available and secure, but availability can be affected by maintenance, security events, internet providers, pharmacy partners, Google services, and other third parties. Third-party services remain governed by their own terms and policies.
Suspension and termination
ScriptMates may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law, investigate misuse, or maintain platform security. Users may stop using the platform and disconnect optional integrations at any time, subject to any separate organizational agreement.
